1. Our Commitment
At Credit Goliath, we stand behind the quality of our tradeline inventory. While we cannot guarantee specific credit score increases (as results depend on individual credit profiles), we do guarantee that every tradeline will post to the agreed-upon credit bureaus within the stated timeframe. If a tradeline fails to post, we will make it right.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
A tradeline qualifies for free replacement if all of the following conditions are met:
- The tradeline failed to post to the guaranteed bureaus within the stated posting window
- The client's intake information (name, address, SSN, DOB) was submitted accurately and completely
- The client's credit report was frozen or locked at the bureau where posting was expected
- The claim is submitted within 60 days of the expected posting date
- The tradeline was not removed by the client or at the client's request
- The account was not closed by the primary cardholder before the posting cycle completed
3. Posting Timeframes
Standard posting timeframes by tradeline type:
- Personal AU tradelines: 11–35 days from completed intake
- Primary tradelines: 30–45 days from completed intake
- Rental tradelines: 30–45 days from completed intake
- Business tradelines: 60–90 days from completed intake
These timeframes begin once we have received complete, accurate intake information and payment confirmation.
4. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact your case manager or submit a support ticket within 60 days of the expected posting date
- Provide your order number and any relevant details
- We will verify non-posting by checking bureau reporting records
- If verified, we will offer a replacement tradeline of equal or greater value from our current inventory
- The replacement tradeline will be processed with priority status at no additional cost
5. Refund Policy
If a suitable replacement tradeline is not available within 14 days of your claim, you may elect to receive a full refund of the tradeline purchase price in Bitcoin (BTC) at the current market rate. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Refunds are only available when a replacement cannot be provided. If you decline a suitable replacement that we offer, you are not eligible for a refund.
6. Exclusions
The following situations do not qualify for replacement or refund:
- Client provided inaccurate or incomplete intake information
- Client's credit report was frozen or locked at the target bureau (unless previously disclosed)
- Client requested removal from the tradeline before the minimum posting period
- Fraud alerts or credit monitoring services blocked the posting
- The tradeline posted but the client was dissatisfied with the score impact
- Claims submitted more than 60 days after the expected posting date
- Force majeure events (bank closures, system outages, natural disasters)
7. Partial Posting
If a tradeline posts to some but not all guaranteed bureaus, we will attempt to resolve the issue with the non-posting bureau. If unresolved within 30 days, we will offer a partial replacement tradeline or a prorated refund based on the number of bureaus that failed to post.
