Credit Goliath provides credit-related educational and consulting services including but not limited to: credit repair, authorized user tradelines, primary tradelines, business tradelines, approval packages, credit sweeps, funding assistance, aged corporation sales, novelty document preparation, and related consulting services. All services are subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws. Services are provided for educational and consulting purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All payments for services are made exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC). Prices are displayed in USD for reference but must be paid in BTC at the current exchange rate at the time of payment. All fees are earned upon payment and once services begin. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable and that work has commenced.
For funding services, a success fee of 10%–20% applies only upon successful funding approval. The exact percentage depends on the loan type and amount.
Credit Goliath does not guarantee any specific results from the use of our services, including but not limited to specific credit score increases, deletion or removal of any negative items, tradeline posting results, or funding approvals. Individual results vary based on credit history, bureau behavior, lender criteria, and other factors beyond our control. You use our services at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the information, guidance, or services provided.
Our services are for lawful, educational, and consulting purposes only. We do not condone any illegal use of our services, documents, or information. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for your own actions and for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws in your state. Credit Goliath is released from any and all liability arising from misuse or unlawful use of our services or information.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, there are absolutely no refunds once services have started. By purchasing, you agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals with your payment provider or financial institution.
If an issue arises, you must contact us within 3-5 days of the start of services. We will review your concern and, at our sole discretion, may attempt to accommodate, mediate, or resolve the issue if possible. Failure to contact us within this window waives any right to request an accommodation or remedy.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and platform are the property of Credit Goliath or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Goliath LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from or related to your use of our website or services. By using our services, you fully release and discharge Credit Goliath from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, and expenses, whether known or unknown, related to or arising out of the services provided.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and only where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
